Evidence-informed follow-on services

Follow-On Services

Follow-on services are selected only when Discovery or validated evidence shows a specific route, role, pressure-control, implementation or assurance need.

This page keeps the options visible without asking buyers to diagnose the right service before making contact.

How services are selected

Evidence first, then the smallest useful next step.

A follow-on service is recommended only when there is a clear operating gap. That gap may relate to upstream pressure, route failure, support access, ownership, response, control, implementation or assurance.

Route, role and decision clarity

Used where people are unsure what route applies, where responsibilities transfer, or when concern should escalate.

Pressure control and project conditions

Used where work conditions, project pressure, welfare or site reality are creating avoidable strain.

Supply-chain access

Used where direct, subcontracted, agency or SME workers do not have usable pressure routes.

Assurance and implementation

Used where agreed changes need adoption, measurement, governance or leadership support.

Serious concern routes

Used where serious-concern or post-incident organisational routes need calm, bounded design.

Organisational, operational and non-clinical

Glass Elephant strengthens organisational capability: early recognition, escalation, role boundaries, bounded response, handoff, follow-up, pressure control, assurance and implementation.

Glass Elephant does not diagnose individuals, provide therapy, act as Occupational Health, conduct HR investigations, replace emergency services, replace safeguarding routes, replace legal advice or decide fitness for work.
