The Discovery Diagnostic is a lighter-touch review designed to give construction organisations an initial view of how well pressure-related concerns are recognised, escalated, responded to and assured. It uses a structured diagnostic to identify likely gaps, maturity patterns and areas where route clarity may need further attention. It is suitable where an organisation wants a practical starting point before deciding whether a fuller review, pilot or programme is required.
Discovery and Route Mapping
Discovery and Route Mapping is a deeper review of how concerns actually move through the organisation. It looks at the practical route from early recognition through to escalation, response, handoff, follow-up and organisational learning. The aim is to understand whether existing services, policies and responsibilities operate as a connected system, or whether people are still relying on local judgement, informal carrying or unclear escalation routes.
Pressure Escalation Business Change Support
Where discovery identifies gaps, Glass Elephant can support the organisation to strengthen the route itself. A lighter Discovery Diagnostic may be appropriate where an organisation wants an initial maturity view, a structured conversation starter, or evidence to support whether further work is needed.

Discovery and Route Mapping may be more appropriate where the organisation wants a validated view of how its existing routes work in practice, especially across sites, regions, contractors, HR, H&S, occupational health, EAP and operational leadership.
